Irina Ghughunishvili currently works toward developing social enterprise and improving institutional capacity of non-governmental organizations in Georgia. In her free time, Irina enjoys playing tennis, skiing, dancing and traveling. She's also passionate about anything that has to do with film. Irina holds a bachelors degree from Mount Holyoke College and a master's degree from the Central European University.
Mary Gabashvili has worked for more than 10 years in the Georgian governmental sector supporting key reform initiatives in education, public administration and defense. Mary currently manages the NATO - Georgia Professional Development Programme which aims to support Georgia's NATO aspirations. When not engaged in formal duties, Mary spends her time on the other two passions in her life – writing and sports. She is a graduate of Harvard University and a member of the Georgian Harvard Club Management Board.

Natalia Memanishvili is a certified project manager with successful project management experience in non-for-profit and private sectors. She loves the feeling of planning and managing projects, aligning business goals with technology solutions to achieve on-time and on-budget project completions. Natalia holds a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Northeastern University. She also loves communicating, working in teams and figuring out how to turn a challenge into an opportunity. In her free time Natalia enjoys traveling, networking and making friends.
Mari Khokhlenko is a strategy consultant, with a depth of experience in project management, public relations strategy development, and market analysis with more than 15 years of experience working for and consulting to public and private organizations. Mari is adept at working with SMEs, entrepreneurs, smallholder farmers, senior government officials, multilateral organizations, and financial institutions. She is passionate about traveling.

Lesley Baxter hails from Edinburgh in Scotland and has been living in Georgia for around 18 months. She is a businesswoman and entrepreneur, dividing her time between Tbilisi and Batumi. Lesley enjoys travelling, skiing, yoga and tennis, as well as Georgia's cultural delights.
William Dunbar is a freelance journalist and researcher who has lived in Georgia since 2006, although originally he hails from London. He has worked for a number of international television stations and written for publications ranging from USA Today to Private Eye. When not taking an unhealthy interest in all things Georgian or singing karaoke, he performs research projects for a number of NGOs, as well as conducting due diligence into all areas of Georgia's economic and political life.
Tinatin Ambroladze is a researcher and consultant, with Georgian roots and Swedish upbringing. Tinatin has worked with international financial institutions, research and advocacy organizations in Georgia and beyond, and has recently moved between Tbilisi, Tunis and Kyiv -- and has participated in TEDx events in all three cities.
Suzie Patsatsia joined the TEDxTbilisi team in 2013. She is a resident of Georgia and works as a finance manager at the American Councils for International Education. She graduated from Tbilisi Ilia Chavchavadze University of Languages and Culture, majoring in Translating and Interpreting (English and German). Later, she completed a course on international accounting standards and attended Tbilisi Aviation Universitys Access and Refresher Faculty. Suzie has successfully passed the Starwood, Sheraton Brand Service Culture trainings. Suzies greatest passions are traveling and sightseeing.
Andrew Bennett is a consultant and trainer, specializing in communications and public affairs. He has assisted a variety of international organizations across Eurasia since 2005. Previously, he worked in Canada advising political leaders and public sector organizations on crisis management, media relations and legislative affairs.
Thomas Burns is a cinematographer and visual media producer with a deep interest in design, diplomacy, and the narrative experience. He holds a master’s degree in film production from Stanford University and trained for over ten years in Hollywood on feature films, broadcast documentaries, commercials, and dramatic television. Thomas taught documentary film production at the University of California, Los Angeles, and now hosts narrative and non-fiction film production workshops internationally. A former U.S. Fulbright Scholar, he specializes in helping brands and organizations share ideas and inspire audiences.
Levan Asatiani is a lecturer and communication specialist , specializing in graphic design. For several years, Levan has put TEDxTbilisi on the stage, and has kept the event running. Without him, the lights for TEDxTbilisi would not really even go on.
Ana Nioradze is a communications specialist, currently working as a programme assistant at NATO-Georgia Professional Development Programme. Ana recently graduated from Brandeis University specializing in International Health Policy and Management. During her studies in USA, Ana interned at Harvard-MIT Division of Health Sciences and Technology. Prior joining the Heller School, she was a civil servant, employed as a head specialist at the Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Labor, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia. Ana is experienced in effective health and social communications with a proven ability to work in foreign environment and serves as a communications coordinator at TEDxTbilisi. Ana describes herself as an enthusiastic person, always ready to go an extra mile for the cause.
