Licensee and the Director. Mary has worked for more than 10 years in the Georgian governmental sector supporting key reform initiatives in education, public administration and defense. Mary currently manages the NATO - Georgia Professional Development Programme which aims to support Georgia's NATO aspirations. When not engaged in formal duties, Mary spends her time on the other two passions in her life – writing and sports. She is a graduate of Harvard University and a member of the Georgian Harvard Club Management Board.

Natia has been working in insurance field for more than 10 years, currently holding Strategic Project Manager position at GPI Holding. She holds Master’s degree in Business Administration from ESM Tbilisi; also, recently received PMP degree and accordingly – loves when every task is completed in high quality and in timely manner. Natia’s passion is hiking, rock-climbing, jogging, rafting, paragliding and basically everything, that splashes adrenaline in her blood and makes her eyes spark from happiness. She loves challenges and new opportunities and that’s how she found herself on top of Mkinvartsveri Mountain, as well as among TEDXTbilisi team members.
Ana is a communications specialist, currently working as a programme assistant at NATO-Georgia Professional Development Programme. Ana graduated from Brandeis University specializing in International Health Policy and Management. Ana is experienced in effective health and social communications with a proven ability to work in foreign environment and serves as a communications coordinator at TEDxTbilisi. Ana describes herself as an enthusiastic person, always ready to go an extra mile for the cause.
Born 16.11.1985 In 2002 graduated 126 high school In 2003 entered in TSU Finance and Banking Business Specialty, 2007 became a bachelor, between 2006-2008 worked in the Bank of Georgia and at the Caucasus Auto Import as Sales Manager in 2010 established NGO "Society for Social Equality", carried out several charitable projects for the victims of the 2008 August war, 2011-2014 was Programs Manager at Georgian Ecotourism Association, participated in dozens of projects of researching regions' tourism potential and designing and projecting touristic routes 2015-16 obtained Masters degree in International Tourism Management in Holland, Program of Brighton University. Organizer of music festival "eZo" with Commune Mzesumzira.
Alex joined the TEDxTbilisi team in 2017. He has more than ten years of professional experience in the public sector, international organisations, development consultancies, and research institutions. For years Alex has been living, studying and working in Washington DC, as well as in London. He holds masters degrees in Economics and Management of Digital Innovations.
Alex loves hiking, collecting vintage stuff and traveling, especially into remote and non-touristy places. He is passionate about helping people, creating a more fair and sustainable environment. He believes that inspiring stories, innovative ideas, and benevolent approach make our world a better place.
